Delete your MovnRise account

You can delete your account and personal data yourself inside the app:

1. Open MovnRise and go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

Your recorded activities and GPS routes, step history, personal records, notifications, team and friend connections, and your profile details (email, location, notification settings, login credentials) are permanently erased. Your account is anonymised so leaderboards and marketplace history stay consistent without any identifying information.

Before you delete

Withdraw any remaining wallet balance and cancel any active subscription first — the app will remind you if either is still open. Purchase and payout records may be retained where required by financial regulations.

Can't access the app?

Email support@movnrise.se from your registered address and we will delete your account manually.
